IGNITE is a program curated for the current medical student with interactive lectures, brief high-yield topic discussions, and one-on-one coaching from national experts on issues not addressed in traditional medical school curriculums.

IGNITE is now offering small group and one-on-one coaching to medical schools across the country. Medical Students now have the opportunity to benefit from coaching by working with physician who are certified coaches and leaders across the country!

IGNITE’s goal is to address drivers of burnout early in the career path of women physicians utilizing innovative learning models. The program has been piloted at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine and Wayne State University School of Medicine. The student leaders working in the pilot sites have provided critical input and feedback in the development of the program. We are indebted to them for their tireless efforts.
